Venita Aspen Talks Fashion, Reveals She Has Over 175 Dresses

During the June 30 episode of Southern Charm, Venita Aspen shared that her love of fashion has been prevalent since she was a teenager. Now a full-time model and influencer, Venita spends most of her time surrounded by clothing — which just might explain why she has such a vast collection of dresses.

In an interview, Venita revealed just how many frocks she actually owns — and put simply, her answer was shocking. “I’d say like a smooth 175,” she dished. As seen in the episode, Venita’s closet was chock-full of colorful maxi dresses, gorgeous minis, and an array of flouncy frocks. Not to mention, her shelves were home to chic purses, bright sneakers, and all kinds of accessories. 

In terms of how deep her love of fashion runs, it’s basically in her blood. “My mother is the reason why I am the way I am today,” she explained. “She always dressed up. I don’t care if it was her picking me up from midnight bowling, which I used to love to do, she would wear lipstick and heels with her pajamas. So, like, I don’t go to the grocery store like this,” she said, referring to her glamorous interview look, which included a shimmering navy blue cutout dress and full glam, “but I get kind of close.”

Venita shared more about her mother’s fashion influence in a May 5 Instagram. “My mother has always been my inspiration when it comes to my fashion choices,” she wrote. “She instilled in me the importance of fun basics and core pieces to make your capsule collection.”
