A new map has been created to help tourists and local people find the best bits of Blaby. The district, which stretches around the south and west of Leicester, includes fascinating features such as the Glenfield Railway Tunnel and Kirby Muxloe Castle as well as Fosse Park and Meridian Leisure Park and numerous eateries, hotels and golf courses.
The map has been put together by Blaby District Council to help people make the most of the area’s attractions. It also features country walks, farm shops, restaurants, cafes, leisure centres and the best pubs in the district.
A new attraction, the Fosse Foxes trail also appears on the map. Launched a year ago, there are 25 life-sized fox sculptures around the Fosse Park area.
